The 33rd International Symposium on Microelectronics – IMAPS 2000, is the largest symposium and exhibition related to the microelectronic and packaging industry in the world. On display in this year’s exhibition will be over 300 companies and our technical symposium is expected to draw some 6000 managers, engineers, and scientists. Sponsored by the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society. The Technical Sessions will cover subjects such as Flip Chip, RF Microwave & Wireless, Chip Scale Packaging, Polymeric Materials for Packaging and many more. This year’s Symposium will be held at the Hynes Convention Center, Boston, Massachusetts this upcoming September 18 - 22, 2000.
